Nicki led on the successful launch of Mindworks Surrey, the emotional wellbeing and mental health service for children and young people in Surrey, working with Surrey & Borders NHS FT and an alliance of NHS, national and local voluntary sector organisations all working together. A brand was co-created with children and young people as well as other key stakeholders, and a vibrant, modern website was produced.
