This is where I feel my clients derive best value and greatest benefit. Working alongside your key people I take a close look at all your communications, inside and out. Together we scrutinise your objectives and audiences, look at your strengths, unpick any weaknesses, carefully hone your key messages and then ensure these are reflected in everything that you do.
My nurturing approach enables me to immerse myself into the organisation’s culture, getting under its skin and understanding its key people, what makes it tick and what makes it special. This long-term strategic approach enables a close look at the brand, the corporate objectives and the identification of any communications holes. The challenge then is to work together to fill them.
Once a communications strategy is in place, a tailored communications plan will be developed to engage effectively with your stakeholders through one or multiple media. Internal communications in an integral element of this. I will then work with you to deliver it, offering as much or as little support as you need.
