Nicki's first project for this vibrant and highly professional housing association was the organisation of a two day staff conference for over 1,000 staff. She then picked up the reins, leading on digital communications for a year covering a staff member on maternity leave. Most recently she has worked closely with the Head of Communications on VIVID's all-important annual reporting, including the integration of a new, online microsite.
